We’ve joined forces with PMG

Today, we are excited to announce that we’ve been acquired by independent media and advertising company, PMG, accelerating their growth into Europe. 

Named as one of AdWeek’s fastest growing companies, PMG is a global independent digital company that uses business strategy and transformation, creative, media, and insights, along with their proprietary marketing intelligence platform, to deliver Digital Made for Humans™. Based across seven office locations in New York, London, Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Atlanta, and Cleveland, their clients include Apple, Nike, Sephora, and Shake Shack.

With technology at the core of both organisations, joining PMG’s 700-strong team enables us to combine our tech and talent to enhance the sophistication and scale of delivery across our client base.

To enhance their tech-enabled, full-service media offering, this acquisition is PMG’s first in Europe and second overall, following their acquisition of US-based Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media, one of the largest independent agency buyers of video, OTT, and CTV.

George Popstefanov will be the CEO of the combined companies, driving the vision and ambition of nearly 900 PMGers worldwide.
