At today’s Best Companies Live event, RocketMill was named the Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For based on employee feedback through Best Companies’ independent and unique survey.

In addition to topping the charts in London, we were also ranked #1 in all agencies and in the top five for companies based in the South East.

This incredible news comes just 12 months after we first opened for business in London, and a month following our office upsizing to Southwark, having grown headcount 82% in the last two years.

The fifth year that we’ve featured in Best Companies’ renowned charts, RocketMill has previously received special recognition for ‘Giving Something Back’ and ‘Top 5 Leaders’. Our high score reflects the launch of several new internal initiatives aimed at making an impact in the wider industry – and world- in areas such as social mobility, sustainability, gender equality and physical and neurodiversity, redefining our career tracks and streamlining our ways of working. Above all, the results highlighted our energised team, strong culture and progressive mindset, crediting our in-person team events in bringing together our partially remote workforce.
