Working as Media Strategist / Planner you will be responsible for developing media strategy – understanding business objectives, identifying priority audiences, understanding media behaviour, mapping out customer journey and role of channels etc.

We are looking for an experienced media strategist/planner to work in the media planning team at RocketMill.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing media strategy – understanding business objectives, identifying priority audiences, understanding media behaviour, mapping out customer journey and role of channels etc.
- Proficient at cross channel media planning, bringing together all channels into an integrated plan.
- Defining role of channels and how channels work together
- Allocating budgets across channels
- Thinking about how non paid channels i.e. owned and earned integrate with paid
- Hands on, happy to get involved in planning on client briefs
Essential Skills

- Candidates should have a strong digital media background, with deep technical knowledge in channels.
- Have deep experience working in multiple channels e.g. search, social, display etc.
- Having started in an implementation role have worked their way up to a cross channel planning role.
- Ideally have experience working in broader, non digital media channel – might have started work in a pure digital agency/role before going to work in an integrated media agency/role.
- Hands on, happy to get involved in planning on client briefs
- Good team player
- Mentor, help- to develop and train team
