After ever test we rigorously interrogate the data to understand exactly why the outcome was achieved, weather that be positive or negative. User recordings, heatmaps and other behavioural analysis tools, show us exactly what happened during the test and paint a vivid picture of what the user experienced. This allows us to achieve more consistent results and to iterate effectively on any unsuccessful experiments.
