Brighton-based RocketMill launches first graduate programme, with four full-time Paid Media positions available.
Marketing agency, RocketMill, is launching their first graduate scheme in response to rapid growth within their Paid Media department.
The agency is looking for budding marketers to apply for the four-month scheme, where training will be provided by in-house experts. Four successful applicants will secure spots on the programme, with potential for these to become full-time positions as Paid Media Executives at the end of the scheme.
Trainees benefit from a training salary of £22,000 a year, rising to £24,000 if successful.
The intensive programme will provide in-depth training in search, display, video and analytical programmes, and will involve regular testing. Training runs from 9am to lunch time every day, with the afternoon dedicated to putting new skills into practice.
The hiring process consists of three phases:
- A telephone interview to talk through your application.
- A group interview with our Paid Media Director.
- A competency test.
The scheme closes for applications on the 4th May, with group interviews beginning on the 15th of May.
