RocketMill Managing Director, Sam Garrity, commented ‘We’re thrilled to confirm this long term investment in our infrastructure. Today concludes what has been a lengthy consideration process, with our existing team and clients front of mind throughout. The property fits perfectly with our vision for RocketMill, giving us a first class purpose built environment, whilst placing us in the heart of a vibrant digital community. The move will allow us great access to further talent, we will build upon the strong relationship we have with the University of Brighton, and importantly – it will be a lot of fun for the team’.

Angus Monteith, Property Development Manager at McAleer & Rushe commented, ‘To secure such an exciting company vindicates our decision to push on with a speculative office development. We have delivered a best-in-class building with West-End quality finishes. RocketMill have recognised the benefits of moving to Brighton as a way to enhance their success in retaining/attracting a vibrant and creative orientated workforce.’

City View, situated within The New England Quarter adjacent to Brighton train station, is a unique development for Brighton affording tenants Grade A specification and an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
