Google are running a test in tempting small business to use AdWords with a low interest rate Credit Card. They insist that it will benefit small business’s that are struggling to grow. So if your cash flow isn’t great you and you want to use an intensive ad campaign to get your business going you can use their credit card now and pay later!
OK, so there are definitely pros and cons to this one.
Firstly, if you can’t pay now, will you be able to pay later?
Secondly, is this encouraging the amateur to have a crack at AdWords when they have no experience of how to use the facility to its best advantage?
As we all know AdWords advertising doesn’t necessarily convert clicks into paying customers. Maybe money is better spent employing a professional to do your AdWords campaign or at least to get you started and explain the best way to get the most out of it.
Google says that the maximum credit line will vary per cardholder for its no annual fee credit card. So let’s watch and see how the first testing goes and what people have to say about it.
