Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience
With rapidly-increasing demand from clients, we are taking the exciting step of creating a new role to oversee our entire video offering. Initially reporting to the Head of Creative Production, we anticipate spinning video out into its own service line within the Creative department in the next 12-24 months. We are looking for an individual who lives and breathes video in all its forms to lead the charge.
Head of Creative Production
Be fully immersed in the world of video production and digital marketing. You unconsciously deconstruct shots in your favourite films to figure out how they were achieved. You understand the various roles of video throughout the customer lifecycle, and you can confidently recommend different video treatments which will meet varying client objectives.
You will have more than 5 years of video production experience under your belt, experience building and running teams, know how to run video projects start-to-finish, and be comfortable taking responsibility for, and aggressively growing, your own revenue stream.
