Paid Media Executive

Salary: £18,000–£25,000 (from Graduate level to experienced Exec level)

Reporting to one of our Campaign Managers you will contribute to a portfolio of paid search campaigns. Your role is to ensure the effective management of these campaigns, report results to clients and to continually learn about/take advantage of technological developments in the paid media environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • To meet a group of dynamic KPI’s set out specifically for you and your role
  • To stay up to date with developments in PPC, Display and Social Media best practice and to share knowledge across the team where applicable
  • Create, maintain, optimise, and retain a portfolio of paid media campaigns
  • Identify new opportunities within client accounts
  • Carry out monthly reporting to clients

The successful candidate will:

  • Have Paid Media at their core, it will be a passion not a job
  • They will be engaged in the Paid Media community and be aware of the latest updates within Paid Media
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to talk authoritatively to clients and colleagues alike
  • Have some experience of working with PPC campaigns
  • Be analytical, making data led decisions with a creative mindset
  • Possess a tinkering nature
  • Be a positive person that adds energy to our team


  • Google Adwords certified (with video and mobile certifications too)
  • Google Analytics certified
