Are you our new Media Manager?

Here's what we need

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, negotiable depending on experience

This is a senior role within our team. Reporting direct to our Head of Paid Media you will support them in staff development, product refinement, use of technology and best practice. Beyond this you will manage a select portfolio of paid media campaigns whilst supporting other team members with their work.

Key responsibilities:

  • To meet a group of dynamic KPI’s set out specifically for you and your role
  • To mentor, educate and benchmark Senior Paid Media Executives
  • Create, maintain, optimise, and retain a select portfolio of paid search campaigns
  • Product development/refinement
  • Process refinement
  • Best practice adoption
  • Quality control
  • Strategy development
  • To contribute towards one outstanding piece of content per quarter for publication on our website

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of two years PPC experience
  • Possess relevant accreditations – Google Ads, Analytics etc.
  • Be able to create and execute biddable strategies across traditional search, social and display
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to talk authoritatively to clients and colleagues alike
  • Be happy presenting at industry events
  • Be ambitious and will already be working towards the next promotion
  • Be analytical, making data led decisions with a creative mindset
  • Possess a tinkering nature
  • Be at the cutting edge of PPC and be engaged in the community
  • Be a positive person that adds energy to our team
