We have a proven refined process that ensures we deliver the site you want on schedule. Our process allows you to gain unrivalled access to our work and to understand exactly what stage of the build we are on at any given time. Once working on a website design project we undertake the following process stages:
We provide you with our start date and project manager. Once started we quickly move towards creating concepts for the most integral elements of the build. At this stage we debate a multitude of design concepts with you before settling on our chosen path.
When we agree upon the design concept the next phase is to construct it. We provide you with an estimate on how long this will take. Once the website is built we provide access to you via a test area.
Once we have built the site we test to make sure it is fully functional and compatible in a variety of browsers.
Once your site has been constructed we will send you a link to a test area. This part of the process has the following two stages: Stage 1 – You list the amendments required, supply them via email and we carry out the work. Stage 2- You re-visit the site and carry out a final audit providing any further amendments required. Once we have completed Stage 2 we will deem the site ready for launch and will request any outstanding payment before launching.
If the website allows you to update it or requires any regular input/maintenance from you we will provide full training. This will make sure you receive a website you are comfortable with and can train other team members to use it.
When you sign the site off we manage the launch process for you. We use our search engine optimisation experience to make sure your site has heightened visibility on all major search engines.
We are passionate about our work and want you to feel supported during and after our involvement. Once the site has launched we provide technical support during the initial launch week to give you peace of mind.
