Last Christmas we saw online sales grow once again, this time by 17.8% for non food goods compared to the previous year. Of users surveyed, 1 in 5 smartphone owners indicate that they were likely to spend more via their smartphone or tablet device in the run up to next Christmas. However, 31% expressed that improved user experience on mobile devices would encourage them further.
